I believe in a thorough, open, but guided mediation process. I believe in constant engagement on the issues in the dispute, but also the impediments to the parties resolving their dispute without my help. Often the parties have a personal stake in the litigation that prevents their coming together, and I work very hard to understand and help the parties work through such roadblocks. When everybody works hard with me at achieving success -- rather than "winning" -- we can get there.
