About Brad Pawlowski

I have been a mediator since 1997. My practice as a litigator focuses on Family Law and commercial and real estate litigation. I use my mediator skills to help my litigation clients and my litigation knowledge to help my mediation clients. After being in court rooms for 23 years, I know that there are much better endings reached through mediation than through litigation. The parties control their own fate, as opposed to a Judge imposing decisions. That control leads to better agreements and stronger resolve to follow through with the agreements made.
